Mother's Day Button Flower Bouquet 10:00 am
Time & Location
About the Event
Remember the joy of giving your momma flowers you picked yourself, and how they made her smile? If you have kids, you know the heart-melting pleasure of getting that grubby little fistful of love. And even if your kids are grown with kids of their own, you know a mom (or a grandma!) never outgrows the pleasure of getting flowers from her kids.
This Mother's Day, give Mom (or Grandma!) that joy all over again, with a sweet bouquet that will never wilt or fade, AND one you can say you made yourself!
Join us on Thursday, May 8, at EITHER 10:00 am OR 6:00 pm, for this in-person, hands-on guided crafting class! You will learn to make FIVE unique styles of wire-and-button flowers! You will take home a button flower bouquet of up to a DOZEN unique flowers, all hand-made BY YOU!
This class will take place at the location of Fenton’s Farm Market, 6715 Hwy 7 South, about 5 miles south of downtown Harrison. (Future classes will eventually take place at The BoB, a new venue under construction at Fenton’s Berry Farm! Stay tuned for more info on Art at The BoB!)
We will be practicing good common sense hygiene. Wash your hands, cough into your elbow, wear a mask if it makes you feel safer, stay home if you’re unwell.
The cost of the class is $19 per person, and will include all the materials you need to make up to a dozen uniquely-yours, wire-and-button flowers (actual number will depend on which style flower(s) you choose to make in the class after the first 5.)
The only requirements are the ability to follow directions, and the ability to see and manipulate small items (pliers, fine wire, and buttons from ~¼ inch to ~1 ¼ inch in diameter.)
Children age 12 and up are welcome as registered participants, age 12-15 must have a separately registered adult present.
Limited to the first 8 registrants per class, so click now to get in on the fun!
